Digital Design & File Use Disclosure 1. Nature of Products CNC Design Hub ("we", "us", "our") sells digital products only. This includes, but is not limited to: • CNC and laser design files • SVGs and other vector files • Toolpaths, blueprints, and project plans When you purchase from us, you are not buying ownership of the original digital file. You are buying a license to use that file under the terms below. 2. License Granted Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to: • Download and use the digital files for your own CNC, laser, or related fabrication projects. • Modify the files as needed for your own production workflow. • Fabricate physical products from the files and sell those physical products, unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise. This license is granted to you only (the purchasing customer) and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person or business. 3. Restrictions – What You May NOT Do You may not: • Resell, share, gift, or otherwise distribute the digital files themselves, in whole or in part, in any format. • Upload the digital files to any website, marketplace, file‑sharing service, or similar platform for others to download or purchase. • Claim the digital files or original designs as your own intellectual property. • Use the files to create new digital products or design files for resale that are substantially based on our original files. All rights not expressly granted in this disclosure are reserved by CNC Design Hub. 4. Intellectual Property Ownership All digital files, designs, artwork, and related content remain the exclusive property of CNC Design Hub. • You receive a license to use the files as described above. • You do not receive ownership of the original digital files or any associated intellectual property rights. 5. Custom Designs Based on Your Concept For custom design work where you provide the original concept, sketch, or idea, and we create a design or file specifically for you, those projects may be governed by separate custom‑design terms agreed between you and CNC Design Hub. Unless those custom terms say otherwise, this general disclosure does not automatically apply to custom designs created solely from your own original concept. 6. No Refunds on Digital Products Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales of digital files are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us so we can assist. 7. Acknowledgment and Agreement By creating an account on our site, placing an order that includes any digital file, and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Digital Design & File Use Disclosure, and that you will use our digital files only as permitted above.
